Georgia-Austin Peay instant observations as Bulldogs emerge with a sloppy win

ATHENS — The entire day in Athens was disjointed.

The start time was moved up an hour early on Saturday morning with thunderstorms looming.

Those showed up at halftime, leading to an hour and 46-minute delay.

It’s fair to say that Georgia did not show its best effort in its 28-6 win over Austin Peay on Saturday.
